We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for most items. Suppose you are unsatisfied with your purchase. In that case, you can return the product within this period for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number, which you must include with your returned item. With this authorization number, we can process your return. Once you have received your return authorisation, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included with the original purchase. Please ensure that the return authorisation number is marked on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience in such cases.
